Boil Water Notices


Active Notices:

  • August 20th - Due to a water main repair, the City of Gulfport has issued a “Water Outage/Boil Water Notice” for the citizens in the area of South Countrywood Drive, Countrywood Drive, Whisperwood Drive, and Laurelwoood Drive. The water outage has been scheduled for August 26, 2014, between the hours of 8:00a.m. until 4:00p.m.
  • August 19th - Due to a fire hydrant repair, the City of Gulfport has issued a “Water Outage/Boil Water Notice” for the citizens in the area of St. Charles Court from Palmer Drive south to the Cul-de-sac. The water outage has been scheduled for August 27, 2014, between the hours of 7:00a.m. until 3:00p.m. Officials
  • July 25th - Due to a fire hydrant repair, a “Boil Water Notice” has been issued for the citizens in the area of Cedarwood Lane north west to Shoreline Lane. This also includes Pine Haven Street and Holly Court north to the Cul-de-sac.
  • July 15th - Due to a fire hydrant repair, a “Boil Water Notice” has been issued for the citizens and businesses in the area of Norwood Village Shopping Center, also included is Southern Pine Apartments, Wendy’s Restaurant and Sonic Restaurant. This also includes Mobile Avenue from St. Charles Street south to Hamilton Street.

Lifted Notices:

  • August 21st - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Wingate Subdivision, Faust Drive, McCaffrey Trailer Park, and 4th Street from Three Rivers Road east to the dead end.
  • August 20th - The City of Gulfport issued a “Water Outage/Boil Water Notice” originally scheduled for August 20, 2014, for the citizens in the area of 57th Avenue east to 53rd Avenue and from 29th Street north to 36th Street. The water outage has been cancelled until further notice.
  • August 18th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Searle Avenue east to Chamberlain Avenue and from 43rd Street north to 47th Street, also included is 47th Street and 45th Street from Chamberlain Avenue east to Washington Avenue. This also includes McGuires Circle.
  • August 15th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Lawson Avenue from 50th Street north to 51st Street, also included is 50th Street from Lawson Avenue north east to Kendall Avenue.
  • August 14th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Jefferson Avenue from 48th Street north to 50th Street. This also includes Westminster Academy.
  • August 11th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of 50th Street from Kendall Avenue north east to Quincy Avenue.
  • August 11th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of 53rd Avenue from 28th Street north to 34th Street.
  • August 11th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of South Countrywood Drive, Countrywood Drive, Whisperwood Drive, and Laurelwood Drive.
  • August 4th - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Colonel Wink Drive from Courthouse Road east to the Cul-de-sac.
  • August 1st - Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Brentwood Subdivision, Creel Circle, Briarstone Place, Dolphin Lane, Waterside Drive, East Taylor Road, Bayou Plantation Lane, and the Institute for the Marine Mammal Studies. This also includes West Taylor Road from Lorraine Road west to Carl Legett Road, and Ashbury Lane from Lorraine Road south to West Taylor Road.
