Camp Site Locations

Please note the change to the program, some locations will provide service to children ages 5 through 12.  Children will still be divided in to 2 groups at those sites (5-8 & 9-12) for programming and field trip purposes.

Harrison Central Elementary Camp (Ages 5-8) 
The Harrison Central Camp is located in the Harrison Central Elementary School at 15451 Dedeaux Rd, on the corner of Dedeaux Road and Highway 49 in Gulfport. This camp is designed for children only ages 5-8. There is a Hot Lunch Program located on site that is absolutely free to all participants. This facility includes large green spaces, a playground and a large multi-purpose room for indoor camp activities. This camp fills up quickly, therefore early registration is encouraged.

Hours of Operation: 7:30am-5:30pm

Children can be dropped as early as 7am and must be picked up by 6pm

Three Rivers Elementary Camp (Ages 5-12) 
The Three Rivers Camp is located in the Three Rivers Elementary School at 13500 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. This program is designed for children ages 5-12. There is a Hot Lunch Program at this location that is absolutely free to all participants. This facility contains a basketball gymnasium, playground equipment, large outdoor green spaces and a large indoor multi-purpose room for camp activities. Early registration is encouraged.

Hours of Operation: 7:30am-5:30pm

Children can be dropped as early as 7am and must be picked up by 6pm

Special Needs (FLASH)- 19th Street Community Center
If you have a child with special needs, specially trained staff are available at the 19th Street Community Center at 3319 19th Street.  Please contact Leisure Services at 868-5882 or by email.

Hours of Operation: 9am-5pm

Herbert Wilson Camp (Ages 5-12)

The Herbert Wilson Camp is located at the Herbert Wilson Recreation Center at 3125 Hancock Avenue in Gulfport. This program is designed for children ages 5-12. This facility includes a basketball gym, large outdoor green spaces, and a large indoor multi-purpose room for camp activities. The camp is located adjacent to the newly built Hancock Avenue Soccer Complex. Transportation to the nearest Free Hot Lunch Program (Pass Road Elm.) will be provided by Gulfport Leisure Services at no charge.

Bel-Aire Elementary Camp (Ages 5-12)

The Bel-Aire Elementary School Camp is located in the Bel-Aire Elementary School located behinds Crossroads Mall in Gulfport. This program is designed for children ages 5-8.  This facility contains a basketball gymnasium, and playground equipment.  This site participates in a FREE Hot Lunch Program for all participants.  Early registration is encouraged.
