Athletic Programs

The Athletic Division of the Leisure Services Department is using its proven history to embark in a very promising future. The addition of the new state-of-the-art Gulfport Sportsplex is a positive sign in the belief of the growth and importance of the Athletic division to both the Department and the Citizens of the Gulf Coast .

The Athletic Division has shown through its diverse programming that it is committed to servicing everyone's needs. The Department of Leisure Services offer and supports such youth programs as: Soccer, Track & Field, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Racquetball, Boxing and Tackle Football. Gulfport Leisure Services also participate in various nationally sponsored programs including: NFL Flag Football, Major League Baseball's Diamond Skills Competition, and the Hershey's Track & Field Competition.
