River Ten Road- Boil Water Notice 4-3-20

BOIL WATER NOTICE

Gulfport, Mississippi: Due to a water main repair a “Boil Water Notice” has been issued for the citizens in the area of River Ten Road between Three Rivers Road and Klein Road. This also includes East Cora Drive and the Palms Apartments.

Citizens who acquire their drinking water from this area are asked to boil water vigorously for one minute and let it cool before consuming.

The Gulfport Water Works Division will alert residents when the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

Dedeaux Rd- Road Closure Extended 3-31-20

ROAD CLOSURE EXTENDED

Gulfport, Mississippi.

Gulfport, Mississippi. The west bound lanes on Dedeaux Road between Klein Road and South Kern Drive will be closed to thru traffic in order to install a new drainage system. The inside turning lane will be used as a single west bound lane for thru traffic. The City of Gulfport is asking that all residents and businesses to observe and follow all traffic markers placed in the area. The road closure has been extended from April 3, 2020 until May 4, 2020, if the weather permits and if the conditions allow it.

51st Street- Road Closure Rescheduled 3-30-20

ROAD CLOSURE RESCHEDULED

City of Gulfport, Mississippi:

 

Southern Design Materials, has submitted a notification of “Road Closure” in the area of 51st Street between Monroe Avenue and O’Bryan Avenue in order to install a new water main. The road closure has been rescheduled for April 2, 2020 from 7:30am until 5:00pm due to the weather and if the weather permits. O’Bryan Avenue, 52nd Street and Monroe Ave will be used as the detour route

Mills Avenue- Road Closure 3-23-20

ROAD CLOSURE

Gulfport, Mississippi.

 

Gulfport, Mississippi. The north and south bound lanes on Mills Avenue between Old Pass Road and 11th Street will be closed to thru traffic in order to repair a sewer cave-in. The road closure has been scheduled from March 30, 2020 until April 3, 2020, if the weather permits and if the conditions allow it. Fournier Avenue, Old Pass Road, 11th Street and Todd Avenue will be used as the detour route.

East Beach Boulevard- Lane Closure 3-23-20

LANE CLOSURE EXTENDED

City of Gulfport, Mississippi:

 

Gulf Breeze Construction, has submitted a notification of “Lane Closure” in the area of East Beach Boulevard between 15th Street and 20th Avenue. The west bound outside lanes will be closed to through traffic in order to perform traffic signal work. The inside west bound lane will remain open to through traffic. The lane closure has been scheduled from March 23, 2020 thru March 27, 2020 from 7:00am until 5:00pm each day if the weather permits. Gulf Breeze Construction is asking the citizen of Gulfport to observe and follow all traffic markers placed along East Beach Boulevard.

Gulfport, Mississippi. The east and west bound lanes on 20th Street between Pratt Avenue and Thornton Avenue will be closed to thru traffic in order to repair a sewer main cave-in. The road closure has been extended from March 18, 2020 until March 20, 2020 if the weather permits and if the conditions allow it. 19th Street, Pratt Avenue, 21st Street and Thornton Avenue will be used as the detour route.

East Avenue- Road Closure 3-16-20

ROAD CLOSURE

Gulfport, Mississippi. The north and south bound lanes on East Avenue between 23rd Street and 25th Street will be closed to thru traffic in order to install a new sewer tap. The road closure has been scheduled from March 23, 2020 until March 27, 2020, if the weather permits and if the conditions allow it. 25th Street, 23rd Street and Cypress Avenue will be used as the detour route.

Graham Street- Boil Water Notice Lifted 3-13-20

BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED

(Gulfport, Miss)— Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens and business in the area of Dedeaux Road north to Graham Street and from Klein Road west to North Wilson Boulevard including Bert Circle, Graham Circle and Tri-County Eye Clinic.

Multiple tests performed by the Gulfport Water Works Division indicated the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

13th Avenue- Smoke Test 3-13-20

SMOKE TEST

 Gulfport, Mississippi, The City of Gulfport will be smoke testing the sewer lines in the area of 13th Avenue east to Tegarden Road and from East Pass Road south to East Beach Boulevard. The smoke testing has been scheduled from March 16, 2020 until April 17, 2020 from 7:30am until 2:00pm each day if the weather permits.
