(Gulfport, Miss)— Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Middlecoff Drive between Anniston Avenue and Ford Street.

Multiple tests performed by the Gulfport Water Works Division indicated the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

Collins Boulevard- Boil Water Notice Lifted 12/29/20

BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED

(Gulfport, Miss)— Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Collins Boulevard from West Avenue east to Anniston Avenue including St. James Boulevard from West Avenue east to O’Donnell Boulevard. This also includes North Street between St. James Boulevard and Anniston Avenue, Rosemary Drive, Academy Drive and West Avenue from Collins Boulevard north to St. James Boulevard.

Multiple tests performed by the Gulfport Water Works Division indicated the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

Klein Road – Boil Water Notice 12/29/20

BOIL WATER NOTICE  

Gulfport, Mississippi: Due to a water main repair a “Boil Water Notice” has been issued for the citizens in the area of Klein Road and North Wilson Boulevard between Dedeaux Road and Klein Road. This also includes Graham Street, Graham Circle, Fore Street, Fore Circle, Estes Street, Darby Street, Carnes Street, Beeson Street.

Citizens who acquire their drinking water from this area are asked to boil water vigorously for one minute and let it cool before consuming.

The Gulfport Water Works Division will alert residents when the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

Gary Street- Boil Water Notice Lifted 12-23-20

BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED

(Gulfport, Miss)— Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Gary Street from Klein Road east to the dead end.

Multiple tests performed by the Gulfport Water Works Division indicated the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

Mill Road- Road Closure Extended 12-18-20

ROAD CLOSURE EXTENDED

Gulfport, Mississippi.

 

Gulfport, Mississippi. In the area of Mill Road from Commerce Street north to Magnolia Street will be closed to thru traffic in order to improve the drainage system on Mill Road. The road closure has been extended from December 22, 2020 thru January 15, 2021, from 8:30am to 3:00pm each day, if the weather and the conditions allow it. Cleveland Avenue, Magnolia Street and Commerce Street will be used as the detour route. The City of Gulfport is asking all residents to observe and follow all traffic markers placed in the area.

Simpson Road- Boil Water Notice Lifted 12/15/20

BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED 

(Gulfport, Miss)— Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Simpson Road west to Easy Street and O’Neal Road south to Mays Road including O’Neal Road from Simpson Road east to Windcrest Lane. This also includes Briarwood Drive East, Pearl Court, Banebury Cove, Briarwood Drive West, Ruby Court, Jade Court, Emerald Court and Opal Cove.

Multiple tests performed by the Gulfport Water Works Division indicated the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

Kenwood Drive – Boil Water Notice Lifted 12-11-20

BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED

(Gulfport, Miss)— Local officials “Lifted all boil water notices” for the citizens in the area of Patricia Avenue east to Kent Avenue and from Kenwood Drive south to Shelly Street, including Crestview Drive from Old Hwy 49 west to McCandliss Drive.

Multiple tests performed by the Gulfport Water Works Division indicated the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.

South Swan Road- Lane Closure 12-8-20

LANE CLOSURE

Gulfport, Mississippi.

 

Gulfport, Mississippi. In the area of South Swan Road from Hwy 49 east to Three Rivers Road, including Three Rivers Road from South Swan Road south to Three Rivers Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic in order to trim the tree limbs over hanging South Swan Road and Three Rivers Road. The lane closure has been scheduled from December 10, 2020 thru December 18, 2020, if the weather and the conditions allow it. The west and north bound lanes on South Swan Road and Three Rivers Road will remain open to thru traffic. The City of Gulfport is asking all residents to observe and follow all traffic markers and flagmen that will be working in the area.

Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard- Road Closure 12-8-20

ROAD CLOSURE

City of Gulfport, Mississippi:

 

Harrison County, has submitted a notification of “Road Closure” in the area of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard from Tennessee Avenue west to East Railroad Avenue in order to pave Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. The road closure has been scheduled from December 10, 2020 thru December 15, 2020 from 8:00am until 4:30pm each day if the weather permits. Harrison County is asking the citizens and businesses of Gulfport to observe and follow all traffic markers placed in the area. Tennessee Avenue, Monroe Street and East Railroad Avenue will be used as the detour route.
