Home Owners Association (HOA) Enhancement Program

Your Public Works Department realizes the importance of Home Owners Associations as a way to channel information regarding important concerns.  In order to provide an incentive for neighborhoods to form and keep these associations, a liaison with the Department of Public Works is available.  This liaison will keep an active list of homeowner’s associations, including the current president, to be posted on our web site.  Home Owner Association’s are encouraged to meet regularly and send any comments to the Public Works HOA Liaison for action.

            This liaison will be responsible for addressing the concerns and providing feedback to the president of the HOA.  Periodic newsletters by email will also be sent to the HOA president.
