  • U.S. Army 1976-1978, Honorable Discharge Medical
  • Panama Canal Zone, Jungle Training

Community Involvement & Recognition:

  • Member of the Gaston Point Community for 54 years
  • Born and raised in Gaston Point to the late Mrs. Lucille and Mr. Leo "Pepper" Casey Sr.
  • Responsible for organizing Boy's Little League Baseball in Gaston Point
  • Coach of ILA Women's Softball Team
  • Contributed to 1970-1971 Gulfport High winning season 11-0 Shrimp Bowl Win

Determination:

  • I have always been an active leader in the community I would like to continue being an active leader and address Ward One issues, while representing the community and people in Ward One. I will always be open-minded in addressing Ward One issues. I am willing to hold Ward One meetings and community meetings to help better address issues and gather insight from the communities.
