The Gulfport Department of Technology and Information Management (DTIM) provides technology related services for all City of Gulfport staff and city owned properties. The Departments goal is to provide services and support to our city staff and always put quality of service first.
The DTIM is comprised of two separate division, the Information Technology (IT) Division and the Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Division, which both provide professional technical services and support for our city staff and city owned properties. The IT Division provides our city departments with 24/7 hardware and software support including voice, network, email, and all software and hardware systems used by city staff. The GIS Division provides city departments, local agencies, and citizens with geographic based information related to the City of Gulfport. Many of these services are now available online through the Gulfport Map Gallery.
The DTIM assists all city departments in their technology related projects with planning for their success in reaching short and long term goals so those departments can better serve the citizens and visitors of the City of Gulfport.
