The Department of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the city. The Chief Financial Officer provides accounting, billing and fee collection services. The department prepares annual budgets and forecasts spending and revenues. The CFO is responsible for analyzing, recording, summarizing, and reporting financial transactions. The department works closely with the mayor, the City Council and the CAO to enhance and maintain the fiscal stability of our city.
